Add photos for complex scopes
Optional, and helpful for post-construction, turnovers or unusual conditions. A preferred date and time is a request, not confirmed availability.

Get a preliminary estimate or a review
Most requests receive an estimated range right away. When the scope needs a closer look, it goes to a personalized review instead — that is normal, not a problem.

Confirm the scope in writing
We follow up to agree on the final scope, schedule and price, and the approved estimate becomes your service agreement.

Invoice after the work
The invoice is generated from the agreed job, so the scope and price you approved are the ones you are billed for.
